CCS Mentorship Opportunity

Looking for a more personalized learning experience? Here at IdeaCentre HIM Solutions, we have developed a CCS mentorship program with you in mind. Courses will be given through live recordings, which will allow flexible learning you can fit around your schedule. Your mentor will lead you and a small group of like-minded individuals, giving you the care and attention you need to build and refine your ICD-10 skills. Develop your coding skills and prepare for the CCS through our carefully crafted program. 

Our program will involve setting personal and professional goals in order that you may grow and learn in the areas you need the most. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and seek guidance from your mentor and get personal, expert feedback. 

You will have many valuable resources at your disposal. Your mentor will be an excellent guide to help you optimize your learning experience and will help you increase your interpersonal & leadership skills, self-motivation, self-discipline, and goal setting techniques. Your mentor will assign you tasks and projects that will help you develop your ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS coding skills in order to prepare you for the CCS. Through this program, you will discover your coding strengths and weaknesses, which will enable you to find success in future coding positions. You will also discover the many opportunities available to you that can broaden your coding training and experience. Once the program is complete you will be provided a recommendation letter outlining your coding proficiency and positive characteristics that we have noticed that would make you an excellent coding professional candidate.
